1. What is the Cat Dimension

The Cat Dimension is a parallel reality that exists alongside the known universe, accessible only to cats and, under special circumstances, to humans chosen by Frijol. It operates under its own set of physical laws, most of which make no sense to non-cat beings.

The Cat Dimension has no fixed size. It expands and contracts based on Frijol's mood. On days when Frijol is sleeping, the dimension is at its largest and most peaceful. On days when Frijol is hungry and no one is paying attention, the dimension experiences significant structural issues.

2. Laws and Rules

2.1 Fundamental Laws

The Cat Dimension operates under the following confirmed laws:

Law I — Frijol is always right. Even when Frijol is wrong, Frijol is right about being wrong, which makes him right again.

Law II — All food belongs to Frijol. Food placed in front of a human is technically borrowed from Frijol and may be reclaimed at any time.

Law III — Walls must be observed. Every resident of the Cat Dimension must dedicate no less than ██ minutes per day to staring at a wall. What is seen in the wall must not be discussed.

Law IV — Reality is optional. The Cat Dimension reserves the right to suspend the laws of physics at any moment without prior notice.

2.2 Forbidden Things

The following are strictly prohibited in the Cat Dimension:

Waking Frijol without a valid reason. Closing a door that a cat wishes to have open. Closing a door that a cat wishes to have closed. Opening a door that a cat wishes to have closed. Existing too loudly. Understanding everything. ████████████.

3. Geography

The Wall Sector

The largest and most important region of the Cat Dimension. It consists entirely of walls. All walls in regular reality have a corresponding surface in the Wall Sector. What exists behind these walls is classified at the highest level.

The Nap Zone

A warm, soft region that shifts location constantly. It is wherever Frijol is currently sleeping. The Nap Zone is considered sacred ground and must not be disturbed under any circumstances. Sunbeams from regular reality pass through into the Nap Zone and are immediately claimed by whoever is closest.

Cat Sector 7

The sector where all visitors are detected upon arrival. All humans who access the Cat Dimension website are automatically logged in Cat Sector 7. Their coordinates are forwarded to Frijol. Frijol does not always act on this information. He simply likes to know.

Zipnxnyx — The Outer Planet

A planet located at the edge of the Cat Dimension, where the dimension becomes quieter and stranger at the same time. Zipnxnyx is not loud. It does not announce itself. It simply exists, calmly, in a way that makes everything around it feel slightly off.

Zipnxnyx is the only known planet with a direct connection to Frijol. The exact nature of this connection is not available at your clearance level. What is known is that Frijol occasionally looks in the direction of Zipnxnyx for no apparent reason. Researchers consider this significant.

3.5 Zipnxnyx — Full Entry

Overview

Zipnxnyx is a planet of quiet strangeness. Visitors report feeling calm upon arrival, followed immediately by the sensation that something nearby is watching them — not in a threatening way, just in a very attentive way. This is normal. This is the planet.

Inhabitants

Zipnxnyx is home to two known species:

The Cats of Zipnxnyx — Distinct from regular Cat Dimension cats, though clearly related. They are calmer, slower to judge, and spend more time observing the sky than walls. Scientists believe they are watching something in the sky that no other species can see. The cats have not clarified.

The Zipnxnyx Aliens — A species of unknown origin that arrived on Zipnxnyx at some point before records began. They coexist peacefully with the cats, which surprised everyone. They communicate in a way that has not been fully decoded. They seem unbothered by this. Their name for themselves is unpronounceable.

Connection to Frijol

The exact link between Zipnxnyx and Frijol is classified. What can be confirmed: Frijol has never visited Zipnxnyx. Zipnxnyx has never requested a visit. Both seem completely fine with this arrangement. Some scholars believe Frijol and Zipnxnyx reached an agreement before the Cat Dimension was officially established. Frijol has not confirmed this. Frijol has also not denied it.

4. Known Inhabitants

JustZima — The Chosen Human

The only human granted permanent access to the Cat Dimension. She did not apply. She was selected. Responsibilities include: feeding Frijol, existing near Frijol, and maintaining this website as the official record of Cat Dimension activity.

The Alien — The Entity

An unidentified entity present in the Cat Dimension since an unknown date. Knows nothing. Has learned nothing. Shows no signs of learning anything. Frijol finds this acceptable. See Mythology for full report.

5. Stability System

The Cat Dimension tracks its own structural stability at all times. Current status is displayed on the main page. Possible states are:

STABLE — Frijol is sleeping. All is well. Do not make noise.

QUESTIONABLE — Frijol is awake and has not yet decided how he feels about it.

UNSTABLE — The food bowl is running low. Human intervention required immediately.

CRITICAL — Frijol has been disturbed during a nap. All residents advised to stay very still.

??? — The dimension has entered a state beyond current classification. Frijol is aware. Frijol has not explained.
